• Open 7 days a week from sunrise – sunset during March through October

Parking and Restrooms

• Park at the gravel lot right before you cross the causeway on your way to the main entrance
• Restrooms available at Gate 3 and Gate 4 (porta potties)

• Wear athletic clothes with water shoes
• Bring:
  • Hat
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug spray
  • Dry bag
  • Change of clothes
  • Boater’s Safety Card (if renting a boat)

Need to Rent a Kayak or Canoe?

Rentals are available for single or tandem kayaks and single canoes.

• Single kayak:
  • $10/hour
  • $30 for a half-day
  • $60 for a full day
• Tandem kayak or single canoe:
  • $15/hour
  • $45 for a half-day
  • $90 for a full day

Boat Rentals

• Offer non-motorized and motorized boats
  • Pontoons are handicap accessible!
• Permits are required for any vessel going out on the water.
• Rental fees:
  • Motorized boats: $40-75/hour, $100-200 for a half-day, $180-275 for a full day
  • Sailboats: $50-150 for a half-day, $90-210 for a full day
    • Sailing classes are also available!
• All watercraft must be launched from the launch areas near the store and dock at Gate 3
